Under the platform of The Vitrine, an e-commerce website that featured objects and accessories by designers and makers working by hand or in small production, I organized several pop up shops that mixed elements of art, design, craft and architecture into unexpected settings and unique environments. I created in-store shops in Los Angeles, New York, and Paris, and for a year and a half helped develop a unique museum shop in the Museum of Contemporary Art in San Diego, California.
The Vitrine and many of our products were featured in The New York Times, Designsponge, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Design Milk, Better Living Through Design, and Remodelista, among others.
Some of the artists and designers I worked with include: Tanya Aguiniga, Doug Johnston, Alicia Scardetta, Adonde, Sarah Crowner, Cecile Daladier, Hermine van Dijck, Ben Fiess, Rachel Peloquin, and Marlene Huissoud.
